Hey, I'm Nika!

I'm a senior product designer with 6+ years of experience, focused on fintech and growth for the past few years. What I enjoy most is taking ownership of a product problem end to end: finding the gap worth solving, understanding how people actually behave, shaping the solution, and carrying it through craft, launch, and the numbers that tell me whether it worked. I do my best work close to product, engineering, research, and business, with enough trust and context to help define the problem.

Lately I've also been building my own project — an invoicing tool for freelancers, taking it from first Figma sketches to a working, deployed product.

Outside of work, I'm usually somewhere in the Pacific Northwest with my camera, hiking, photographing birds, wildlife, and whatever small dramatic creature happens to be around.
