Hey, I'm Nika!

I'm a senior product designer with 7 years of experience, focused on fintech and growth for the past few years. What I enjoy most is taking ownership of a product problem end to end: finding the gap worth solving, understanding how people actually behave, shaping the solution, and carrying it through craft, launch, and the numbers that tell me whether it worked. I do my best work close to product, engineering, research, and business, with enough trust and context to help define the problem.

Lately, I've been spending a lot more time building with code: creating tools for myself and others, finally bringing some of the million ideas in my head to life, and experimenting just to see what's possible. My inner builder is very happy about this!

When I'm not glued to a computer, I love photographing wildlife and nature, cooking, and reading.
